Contemporary Turkish Art in New York...

Leila Taghinia-Milani Heller (LTMH) Gallery is exhibiting works of 27 Turkish artists in the show that started on June 2nd, titled "Istanbul Cool! What’s Happening in Contemporary Turkish Art Now", containing paintings, sculptures, installations and paper works. In Istanbul Cool!, the first show in the USA that has such a scope, works of x-ist artists Serkan Adin, Canan and Burhan Kum are exhibited. The other artists taking place in the show which can be seen until September 1st, are: Haluk Akakçe, Kezban Arca Batibeki, Ramazan Bayrakoglu, Gökçe Çelikel, Taner Ceylan, Ahmet Elhan, Extramücadele, Mustafa Horasan, Peter Hristoff, Gözde Ilkin, Bahar Oganer, Soner Ön, Irfan Önürmen, Arif Özakça, Sefa Saglam, Yasam Sasmazer, Gülay Semercioglu, Erinç Seymen, Hale Tenger, Nazif Topçuoglu, Elif Uras, Ebru Uygun, Halil Vurucuoglu, and Ekrem Yalçindag.
