CANAN is participating the exhibition "Envy, Enmity, Embarrassment" in Arter between 24 January - 7 April 2013. The exhibition aims to explore three interconnected concepts that precede, follow and complete each other in a wide perspective from political and social violence to the media; from careerist concerns and ambitions to gender politics; from potentialities of "friendship" and "solidarity" to "aggressive" and destructive" drives. CANAN takes place in the show with her two works "The Transparent Police Station" (1998) and "I beg you please do not speak to me of love" (2013). Other artists that are participating in the show are Selim Birsel, Hera Büyüktasçiyan, Asli Çavusoglu, Merve Ertufan & Johanna Adeback, Nilbar Güres, Berat Isik, Sener Özmen, Yusuf Sevinçli, Erdem Tasdelen, Hale Tenger ve Mahir Yavuz.
